Streptokinase In Acute Myocardial Infarction

A patient presents with acute chest pain suggestive of a myocardial infarction. The ECG shows ST segment elevation in the chest leads. Serum Troponin T test cannot be done at the bed side so blood is sent for estimation of serum levels of CPK and LDH.

Can Streptokinase be given before the result of the cardiac enzymes are available?
